One of the hardest things for someone that is new to using the Law of Attraction is to learn how to gain clarity in their intentions, so that they don't have anything blocking their path to attracting what they desire. Now, I will admit freely, that this was one of my biggest problems when I first discovered the Law of Attraction. It can be kind of tough to turn off that doubting part of your mind and just really believe that you can and will attract the things that you want.
Here's how to gain clarity with your intentions while using the Law of Attraction:
1. Find a peaceful place where you will not be disturbed.
Sometimes, you just need to turn off all of the noise that surrounds you, and by finding a peaceful place where you can sit and think can help you to get rid of any negative influences. We have so many that surround us, from television, radio, to even the internet. If you are going to get crystal clear on your attentions and build up the belief that you can and will achieve your desires, then you need to gain some peace.
2. Visualize the life that you want to live.
This is where it used to get hard for me. If you are not used to using visualization techniques, then it can take a little time before it becomes easier, and it takes practice just like anything else. Picture the life that you want to live, not the one that you think you have to live, and start to fill in the details one by one. Picture your house, your car, your family, the yard... all of the details of the complete picture.
3. Make yourself really FEEL it coming alive.
You might have heard that it's all about vibrations or the vibes, and in a way, it really is. When you can feel really good, when you can actually start to see it come alive in your mind and you feel excitement, you know that you are on the right track. Again, this can take some time and some practice, as you have to be able to open up your imagination and give yourself the permission to DREAM.
Of course, it does not just end there. You have to be able to take positive actions towards manifesting your desires, or else, all they will ever be are dreams trapped inside your mind.

Law of Attraction - Five Mental Tools to Rid Yourself of Repetitive Thought Patterns

There are some mental tools that can help out greatly when using the Law of Attraction to help overcome some of the repetitive mental patterns keeping you from manifesting your desires. Here are five to help you along.
1. GAME OVER. Sometimes we can get caught up into the past mental looping cycle. You know, when you think of a past moment and you keep repeating it over and over again in your mind and before you know it you have been focusing on the past. This is great if it is a happy moment in your life but if it is a traumatic or negative moment, you are simply creating the situation over and over again and that will attract right back to you in some form. So here are two words to remember when you are mulling over that ten year old fight you had with Mom: GAME OVER. The moment you realize you are reliving something that doesn't serve any purpose now, say to yourself: GAME OVER. No one is playing that past game anymore and neither should you. When thinking of your past, find out what you learned and then say it to yourself, "GAME OVER." The past game is over. By acknowledging these trigger words the game no longer has to be played, and if someone else wants to bring the past up to you, you are free to no longer be a part of the game.
2. NO MISTAKES OR FAILURES. First of all there are no mistakes or failures. These are words that we too often use in society, yet society made them up. These negative descriptions likely came from a person who first felt insecure about himself, and sought another's choice and declared it was wrong and therefore is a "failure." "Mistakes" or "failures" are just words. They are the description of an event, not a person. You didn't desire whatever the situation was to be a mistake or a failure, you were just making a choice and putting focus on a path that at the time seemed right. Look back on what you call your mistake or failure without any emotion and see the true lesson that you may have learned from it. That lesson is the gold nugget in your past choice because the lesson is what you got out of it. No more energy required.
3. TAKE CARE OF YOU. Many people take care of everyone else's needs before their own. This may appear as if they are caring people but when they put others before their own needs, they will attract just that. Everyone else will need and want their attention first. This can be tiring and begin a cycle that won't stop. Does everyone know that you will drop everything for them? Have you ever stopped to think by doing this you are not allowing them to learn from their own experiences? If you take care of every little thing for someone else how are they going to learn about life? There is nothing wrong with helping others as long as you have given yourself time as well. Here is a perfect analogy: When you board an airplane the flight attendant reminds you that in the event of an emergency, to please put your oxygen mask on before you affix your child's oxygen mask. You know why? Because if you attempt to take care of your child first and pass out from lack of oxygen for yourself, you won't be around to help him anymore. But if you take care of your own oxygen mask first, you will be there for your child. Make yourself the priority and then help others. You'll be happier and so will the people you are helping.
4. KNOW WHAT THE FOCUS IS. When you desire something, instead of visualizing and focusing on the actual desire like money, career, health, or a loving relationship, get down to the nitty gritty and determine what it is that you really want from the material desire. Let's take money for example. Instead of visualizing on $100,000 arriving at your door, focus on what it is that you ultimately want from the money. What will the money bring you in emotional terms? Do you want money so that you will feel safe, secure, confident, and relieved of stress? Then focus on those feelings and include them in your visualization and focus. Sometimes the logical mind can't believe that you could make money quickly or a sum of $100,000.00 and then the lack and disbelief plays the lead role part in the money not coming. Cut straight to the chase by visualizing the emotions and the joy of what money will bring you. By doing this, you are bypassing and confusing the logical mind's ability to recognize lack and instead you feel exactly what you want from the money. It is just as effective, and the logical mind doesn't seem to have a problem with feeling safe, secure, confident, and relieved from stress when you take money out of the equation. The Universe will then comply with your feelings and what will it bring you all those emotions? Money.
5. LIVE IN JOY. This is one that some people forget as they are focusing on their desires and doing their best to live in the joy. When focusing and visualizing on your desires don't forget to see it with ease. When you see it with ease it will come a lot easier and smoother for you.

Most people, however, have picked up little pieces and incomplete information here and there and don't really have a solid understanding of how the law works.
This has led to a widespread misconception of how the Law of Attraction really works, or whether or not it even works at all. A lot of people feel a deep resonance when they are told that they create their own reality. They recognize a truth in this idea. However, they often quickly become discouraged when they're exposed to incomplete information and myths, and can't seem to make it work. They "know" that there's something to this, they can feel it; but they just don't know how to use it yet.
This article aims to debunk the seven biggest myths currently circulating about the Law of Attraction and bring some clarity to the subject.
Myth #1: The Law of Attraction is magic
The Myth: "Law of Attraction supporters will tell you that all you have to do is think positively and the stuff you want will just come to you. Obviously this is wrong, since things like money, cars and houses don't just appear out of thin air."

Positive Thinking… No Sweat

Karl Jung famously said What you resist, persists. You might not have heard of or know much about the Law of Attraction, but this basic statement demonstrates one of the Laws key principles, whatever you think about you attract. And when this is something you really don't want, you tend to think about it even more and with real feeling - which means you attract more of it, more quickly.
So how does this apply to the problem of excessive sweating or hyperhidrosis as its scientifically known? Well, if you suffer from this problem you probably dont need me to tell you that when you start to sweat, you get stressed...which can make you sweat even more.
The levels of stress and anxiety that you experience when you start to sweat, and the focus your mind has on your problem, means that according to the Law you are bound to start sweating even more.
Think about it, even when you're not sweating, if you are going to work in an office all day, or are on your way out for a date, you probably have in your mind the worry that you will start sweating even though it hasn't actually happened yet.
You're thinking about it, even though it hasn't happened yet, and you're putting so much emotion behind the thought that it's bound to show up.
If you can take on board what the Law of Attractions says, that worrying about a problem can make it worse, the Law can also help you beat your excessive sweating. Thinking more positively will bring the Law onto your side and help you cure your problem.
If what you are wanting is to be sweat-free, confident and dry all day, then give some focus to that. Visualise yourself in the office sat back in your chair with your arms behind your head and not a hint of perspiration showing on your shirt or blouse. Picture yourself on a fantastic date where you are able to get really close to your partner because you know your underarms are dry and fresh.
You might even want to use affirmations, which are a powerful part of the Law of Attraction. By affirming, in your head or out loud, what you want your reality to be, and saying it in the present tense like it is already true, the Law must make it happen.
Affirmations should always be positive and in the present tense to be really effective, for example you could try saying this every morning before you go off to work. "I am confident and comfortable and my underarms are dry and fresh all day".
If the Law of Attraction is something totally new to you, you might not see how positive thinking and affirmations can improve your problem. However, if you really believe in what you are saying and put thought and feeling in to it, it might be something that could really help your excessive sweating problem. Isn't it worth trying?

The Central Point of Law of Attraction and Manifestation

Most people thinks that the concept of the law is a hoax and have therefore considered it as a subtle way to deceive people and make them docile. This is far from the truth, I have been practising the law of attraction and it has served me very well. I have also received its testimony from some people.
If you want to benefit from the concept consider these ideas:
- Thoughts create things
- Your thoughts are your reality
- Ask and receive
- Belief it before you see it
The law of attraction has everything to do with the way you think and the belief you have about yourself and everything that surrounds you. It is what you think and believe that is attracted to you. You will therefore do yourself a good favour by thinking only of those things you desire and do less thinking of those things you do not desire.
Whether we know it or not, we are all practising law of attraction and manifestation every time and everyday. We all think and hold different beliefs. It is these that have produced what we are today.

When desiring to make definite changes in your life, you'll discover that traditional ways of setting goals are insufficient. Think back to the times you may have sat down with a pen and paper, or sat in front of your computer, and typed up a list of goals which you felt were important at that particular time in your life.
This process may have taken you a while as you mulled over what you actually wanted to do you may even have put your proyects in order of priority. You might have deliberated for some time over how you could achieve your goals, but then when you had finished making your list and re-read it once, you just it filed away out of sight away from possible future reference? Why hide the future from yourself?
In a lecture I had a professor once who said that one of the biggest problems people had in completing projects was getting ready to get ready. At some point, you make a plan and then you act on it. It's not the plan that's the problem, the problem is in the plans execution.
If you are absolutely honest with yourself, how many times did your list get used for reference purposes? How many times did it even see the light of day?
How long after you got knocked about, when something bad happened, and then you forgot all about what you really wanted out of life?
Even more importantly, did you deliberately focus on each goal until you could almost see it, touch it and sense it? Probably not.
Most of us have great intentions to better ourselves. We all wish to self-motivate, improve our self-discipline, and have a stronger sense of purpose.
We would all like to increase that vital sense of drive and passion for life. That would make it so much easier for us to achieve our aims, and the simple reality is that we can.

The Law of Attraction and Quantum Physics

We are Creators of the Universe. The classical physics of Newton takes a material perspective in which the Universe is composed of discrete building blocks, solid and unchangeable. Quantum physics takes a spiritual perspective in which there are no separate parts, in which everything is fluid and always changing.
The physical world is a sea of Energy constantly flashing into and out of existence. It is through our thoughts that we transform this ever-changing Energy into observable reality. Therefore, we can create our reality with our thoughts. With quantum physics, science is leaving behind the notion that human beings are powerless victims and moving toward an understanding that we are fully empowered creators of our lives and of our world.
With Newton, we were insignificant cogs in the Universal Machinery. With quantum physics, we are Creators of the Universe.
Everything is Energy. Einstein's 1905 formula E = mc2 explains the relationship between Energy and matter, i.e., that Energy and matter are interchangeable - that, in reality, everything is Energy - dancing, fluid, ever-changing Energy.
This Energy is influenced by our thoughts. It is shapeable, formable, and moldable. As Creators, we shape, form and mold the Energy of the Universe through our thoughts. We transform the Energy of our thoughts into the Energy of our reality.
The Physics of Possibility. The popular movie, What the Bleep Do We Know!?, clarifies that quantum physics is the physics of possibility. We have been conditioned to believe that the external world is more real than the internal world. Quantum physics says just the opposite. It says that what's happening on the inside determines what's happening on the outside. It says that our world is shaped by our thoughts.
Since nothing is fixed and everything is in a state of potential, everything is possible. As we understand that everything is possible, and as we focus our thoughts on what we want to attract, we can literally call into existence whatever we desire.
My ten-year old neighbor loves the expression - "It could happen!" He probably doesn't know much about the physics of possibility, but he practices it with his great attitude. He reminds me to entertain possibility. He reminds me that nothing is impossible.
Dreams into Reality. The Universe exists as infinite potential in infinite abundance. As we focus our thoughts, we have the power to bring our desires into existence, our dreams into reality. As we focus our thoughts, we have the power to be and do and have whatever we desire.

The Answer to Self Help

When you are in search of wisdom, it is natural to read books, watch videos, try to find gurus to follow, put a lot of focus on learning more to add to your happiness and reduce any suffering. We look everywhere for the answer to questions like the meaning and purpose of our life and how to be happy. This is normal and natural.
There is, however, some words of wisdom that you might want to consider. And here it is: There is no Answer to Life!
We run around trying to find the answer to life. We believe that if we can just find the answer, we'll be happy and whole and complete. We'll be rich and successful and loved. Let's say we find an answer, like Buddha's "grasping is the cause of all suffering." Then we work hard to kill desire within ourselves.
It is then human nature to make detachment and non-grasping the answer to all life's problems. But it doesn't work in that way. They are the not the entire answer to life. There are just partial answers.
You can spend years of your life trying to kill off desire within yourself and all the while you are full of the Desire to kill off desire. After several months or years of this you figure it out and go Oh well, I guess killing off desire and attachment is not the answer, not the smart thing to do, so Ill look for another answer
In the same way people on the search for self wisdom make love the answer, or compassion, or knowledge, or holiness the answer. Then they work very hard trying to be holier or more wise or more loving. Only to find after several months or years that it isnt working. Trying to be more of anything isnt the answer!
Heres the short of it. Any answer you find to make your life better can only be partial. It cant be the complete answer. Loving may be a great answer for you, for a while. So sure, work on being more loving. But dont try to make love the answer to life. Dont burden love with your hopes and needs to feel better about yourself.
Understand that any answers you find to living a successful and happy life will only be partial and temporary. What you can do that is powerful is begin to let go of needing an Answer. Get more comfortable not having answers. Live more into the question. Obviously, this is a deep subject, but just this can be a great start. - 14682

The Universal Laws
Image via WikipediaThere are certain Universal Laws that rule the world. At least, that's what they say. I strongly believe in these laws and can tell you that they NEVER fail. There is perfection in these laws and, if you align your life to live accordingly, you will have so much prosperity that will make you feel totally fulfilled.
So, no matter what you want to do in life try to do it in line with these laws and you will see plenty of abundance and prosperity to your life.
Theorists of the laws think that if your life in in line with the laws you will be happy regardless of your sins. It is the alignment with the laws what guarantees success in life not the absence of sins, as some religions say.
I agree with the theorists. In this article, you will find out which are the laws that govern everything under the sun. Probably you already know the Law Of Attraction, but there are several more as important as that one. Here they are, in no particular order.
1. Law of Gratitude: according to this law, it is necessary that you show gratitude for what you already have. No matter if you strongly want to change your reality, and are not satisfied with your life, you need to be grateful for it.
This law allows you to show how grateful and unmaterialistic you are. If you can feel gratitude for what you have, you are showing the universe that you deserve even more.
If you show the universe how grateful you are for what you have, you are telling it how ready and open you are to receive more.
It seems that it is a requirement for the universe in order to give you more of what you want.
2. Law of Attraction: this is the most popular of The Laws since it was widely featured in the movie and book "The Secret". It is not new and successful people have known about it since so many years and they practice it constantly. This is the main reason for their success.
The point of this law is that you should focus your attention in your goals in order to get them. It states that everything material starts in the immaterial world. In other words, everything starts in the mind.
The key of this law lies in one single word: Manifestation.
If you act upon something and you actually feel it to be true then it will inevitably manifest in your life.
This law believes in the use of visualization. You need to mentally visualize and feel what you want to achieve. It is necessary that you practice this skills everyday until your visualization becomes so clear that it looks like it is already happening.
Thing of images, or a movie of what you want to attract. Feel it as it is already a reality and act upon it and it will become YOUR reality. Period.
3. Law of Karma: karma states that everything you do will produce and effect. Karma is the name used to describe the cause-effect principle.
According to this law you should focus on doing good actions always. Why? Well, imagine what you will receive if you do only bad things.
When you do bad to other people, bad is done to you. When you do good, good is done to you. Very simple, indeed.
That is why actions speak for themselves. Now, it is time that you start doing ONLY the good things and prepare to receive good in response
No matter what you do in life there will be and effect. Always. Make sure that effect produces good to you.
4. Law of Love: God established this law. It is present in every holy book known to men.
All religions agree to say that love is the building block on which everything is built.
This law states that love is much more than a feeling or emotion. It is living energy.
It can be felt and can take on different forms.
The Law of Love is necessary to make everything come true. If you don't approach your desires or goals with love they will NEVER manifest.
It is just amazing how every culture in the universe accepts this law to be true and how all of them emphasize in working in harmony with it.
5. Law of Allowing: according to this law, we must be open to receive what we want. Being receptive is not an option.
If we tell the universe that we want something but we don't allow it to happen it will never happen.
The purpose of wanting it will be defeated in the first place. So when we work in harmony with the Law of Allowing we are telling the universe that we are ready, open and willing to accept what you want.
6. Law of Vibration: when you have already set your goal and have visualized it is time to let the Law of Vibration play its role.
The main requirement for it to work is that you have to be in harmony with whatever you want to accomplish.
You will feel the universe responding to your queries. That's the Law of Vibration in action.
7. The Law of Gestation: this law is sometimes overlooked. It states that you need to allow the time and the conditions for everything to manifest.
Your dreams will not come true as a magic trick, out of a hat. They will take some time and there are some conditions that have to met in order for reality to materialize.
As you can see, The Universal Laws really govern the universe and everything in between. You had not noticed it (most likely) but they are true. Now you need to act in harmony with them and learn to put them into practice and you will see how manifestation start to flood your life.

Law Of Attraction Tip: Busting Through Limiting Beliefs
Image by Brenda Cooper via FlickrIn Manifesting using the Law of Attraction one of the things that we teach is that limiting beliefs often hold us back. While this is true (and in a minute I'll get to some belief busters), I want to point out that limiting beliefs can be a useful part of life.
Limiting beliefs are those beliefs that keep us in our box. Our box defines the parameters of the reality we experience and that can be a good thing because it gives us stability. It allows us certainty for instance that our address will still be the same when we leave work in the evening and that our place of employment will be the same when we get up and go the next morning. It also means that we can go to the grocery store with the confidence that the things we want will be there. So from that perspective, limiting beliefs bring order to our world. Not so bad, eh?
The problem comes in when limiting beliefs hold us back from the things we want. If for instance you want a new job but your belief system says there are no jobs available then you'll be a bit limited in what you can find.
Interestingly, limiting beliefs aren't the absolute truth. Rather, they are your perception of the truth. And when you realize that you're half way to pushing through the barriers they present.
Ok, here are some belief busters. Ponder these questions and see if you don't come away with a slightly different perspective:
1. It's never ALL or NOTHING - This type of thinking is very limiting because it doesn't allow for any exceptions. Think about the job example above. Is it true for example that in a bad economy NO ONE can get a job? I mean really....No one? While it may be the prevailing economic situation it isn't true of everyone everywhere. So if someone - even one person - can get a job then it's not all or nothing is it? And if it's possible for one person it can be possible for you too. What all or nothing thinking contributes to your limiting beliefs?
2. Different cultures have different customs - Here in the USA it is customary to shake hands as a form of greeting. In other counties that custom is not only rejected but may even be frowned upon. So who's right? We all are in our own little corner of the world. Customs contribute to limiting beliefs because it's easy to think that's the way the world is everywhere. What cultural assumptions contribute to your limiting beliefs?
3. It's always been this way - There is a story of a woman who always cut the end off of a ham before putting it in the oven. Her daughter asked one day why she did that and she answered that her own mother had taught her to do it that way. So the daughter asked her grandmother who replied that her mother had done it that way. Of course they had to find out the reason so they asked the great grandmother. Smiling she said quite matter of factly, "I didn't have a pan big enough to fit the whole thing." There is nothing that has always been that way. It all started somewhere and usually for some practical reason. What limiting beliefs are still lingering because it's always been this way?
4. I can't - These two simple words contribute to more limiting beliefs than probably anything else. How do you know you can't? Have you tried? Have you taken the time to research the possibilities? Or have you talked yourself out of it before even taking the first step? I can't puts up a near impenetrable barrier that kills dreams. What dreams of yours have died because you uttered the words, "I can't?"
Once you begin to see limiting beliefs for what they are you'll be much better equipped to manifest the things you want. That's because once you see the fallacy you can then choose whether to continue buying into it or not. Believe it!

It also means that we can go to the grocery store with the confidence that the things we want will be there. So from that perspective, limiting beliefs bring order to our world. Not so bad, eh?
The problem comes in when limiting beliefs hold us back from the things we want. If for instance you want a new job but your belief system says there are no jobs available then you'll be a bit limited in what you can find.
Interestingly, limiting beliefs aren't the absolute truth. Rather, they are your perception of the truth. And when you realize that you're half way to pushing through the barriers they present.
Ok, here are some belief busters. Ponder these questions and see if you don't come away with a slightly different perspective:
1. It's never ALL or NOTHING - This type of thinking is very limiting because it doesn't allow for any exceptions. Think about the job example above. Is it true for example that in a bad economy NO ONE can get a job? I mean really....No one? While it may be the prevailing economic situation it isn't true of everyone everywhere. So if someone - even one person - can get a job then it's not all or nothing is it? And if it's possible for one person it can be possible for you too. What all or nothing thinking contributes to your limiting beliefs?
2. Different cultures have different customs - Here in the USA it is customary to shake hands as a form of greeting. In other counties that custom is not only rejected but may even be frowned upon. So who's right? We all are in our own little corner of the world. Customs contribute to limiting beliefs because it's easy to think that's the way the world is everywhere. What cultural assumptions contribute to your limiting beliefs?
3. It's always been this way - There is a story of a woman who always cut the end off of a ham before putting it in the oven. Her daughter asked one day why she did that and she answered that her own mother had taught her to do it that way. So the daughter asked her grandmother who replied that her mother had done it that way. Of course they had to find out the reason so they asked the great grandmother. Smiling she said quite matter of factly, "I didn't have a pan big enough to fit the whole thing." There is nothing that has always been that way. It all started somewhere and usually for some practical reason. What limiting beliefs are still lingering because it's always been this way?
4. I can't - These two simple words contribute to more limiting beliefs than probably anything else. How do you know you can't? Have you tried? Have you taken the time to research the possibilities? Or have you talked yourself out of it before even taking the first step? I can't puts up a near impenetrable barrier that kills dreams. What dreams of yours have died because you uttered the words, "I can't?"
Once you begin to see limiting beliefs for what they are you'll be much better equipped to manifest the things you want. That's because once you see the fallacy you can then choose whether to continue buying into it or not. Believe it!
