Turn Your Dreams Into Reality... Literally - by Jim Francis

The mind does not make an appearance within physical reality, but the brain is based in physical reality, and likewise our dreams occupy the same space as the mind…..that is, no space at all.

The images that appear in dreams appear as “forms” in other realities and they are not restricted by our physical reality rules of time, space and growth. They involve the materialization of spontaneous constructions which would normally not occur in our physical world.

Dreams are a continuous flowing process which run continuously in the wide awake and the dream states.

While we are in the wide awake state they run subconsciously. The materializations we create in our dreams have no mass in our physical reality but may have the equivalent of mass in other realities.

In the dream state the personality is molded and changed via actions that do not exist in the physical universe. These dream based subjective events eventually manipulate physical matter and events for the individual concerned, depending upon how they have consciously or subconsciously programmed their dreams.

One persons dream affects another’s and that person is in turn affected by the neighbor’s dreams.

In many cases dreams (in slightly different formats) are shared by two or more people and in some cases close-knit communities have shared mass dreams.

SETH says that we have “mass” dreams that occur just above the level relating to the collective unconscious. If we are able to tune in to these dreams (and some individuals can) we would gain an impression of what our society is collectively dreaming…..which would then give us an indication of future events, as our dreams format our future, both individually and collectively.

Sometimes these collective dreams contain enough power to significantly alter the future, for better or for worse. It is interesting to note that the dreams of one very powerful individual can affect the dreams of thousands of other people and this type of individual is capable of becoming a leader or “Guru”.

They generally become known in the dream state first and are recognized in the physical world later.

Through very intense emotional focus you can create a form then project it to another person who may then perceive it. This may be done consciously or unconsciously. The presence of this form can now be detected by sensitive scientific instruments.

During the dreaming state your awareness is focused in another reality that is in every way as permanent and valid as the physical reality universe. During sleep only a small amount of your energy is focused in the physical field…..enough to maintain the bodily functions only.

The dream universe is also composed of a molecular structure, but takes up no space as we know it. It is continuous but your awareness of it is normally limited to your sleep/dreaming periods.

The events in the dream reality are as meaningful as the events in your physical world and indeed are interrelated. One affects the other…..and vice versa. This is why it is possible (and extremely easy) to program up dreams which have an almost immediate effect in your physical universe.

One of the easiest and most effective types of dream that you can pre-program relates to your physical health. Sometimes a correctly programmed dream can cause almost miraculous improvements to your health in as little as 12 hours.

Is It Really Just A Coincidence? - By Jim Francis

Many see coincidences as embedded in a higher, transcendental force, cosmic “glue,” as it were, which binds random events together in a meaningful and coherent pattern. The question has always been: could such a harmonizing principle actually exist?

Or are skeptics right in regarding this as a product of wishful thinking, a consoling myth spawned by the intellectual discomfort and capriciousness of chance?

Mathematician Warren Weaver, in his book, Lady Luck: The Theory of Probability recounts a fascinating tale of coincidence that stretches our traditional notions of chance to their breaking point.

The story originally appeared in Life magazine. Weaver writes:
All fifteen members of a church choir in Beatrice, Nebraska, due at practice at 7:20, were late on the evening of March 1, 1950.  

The minister and his wife and daughter had one reason (his wife delayed to iron the daughter’s dress) one girl waited to finish a geometry problem; one couldn’t start her car; two lingered to hear the end of an especially exciting radio program; one mother and daughter were late because the mother had to call the daughter twice to wake her from a nap; and so on.

The reasons seemed rather ordinary. But there were ten separate and quite unconnected reasons for the lateness of the fifteen persons. It was rather fortunate that none of the fifteen arrived on time at 7:20, for at 7:25 the church building was destroyed in an explosion.

The members of the choir, Life reported, wondered if their delay was “an act of God.” Weaver calculates the staggering odds against chance for this uncanny event as about one chance in a million.

Coincidences such as these, some say, are almost too purposeful, too orderly, to be a product of random chance, which strains somewhat to accommodate them. But then how do we explain them?

Another definition for SYNCHRONICITY

Synchronicity at this point can be defined as a series of seemingly unrelated events which are connected via a hidden agenda.

The recent publication of the SUPERSTRING theory indicates that there may well be ten dimensions in existence, not merely the four that ones senses are currently aware of. (Length, breadth, width, time)

There is now considerable mathematical proof to indicate that ten dimensions exist.  And most quantum physicists have given serious consideration to this theory.  It would appear that the “hidden agenda” of synchronistic events may be transparent and obvious in one or more of these ten dimensions, but become opaque and difficult to fathom when viewed in our current restricted four dimensions.

And there is now at last a small amount of evidence to indicate that when an individuals subconscious mind-set is modified to encourage positive PK synchronistic events (luck) then synchronistic elements may be set into play which materialistic as PK Luck events in our “real time” dimension.

And conversely when a person becomes aware of a series of synchronistic events they can use this special knowledge to trigger a burst of luck.

What has been definitely proven however is that the mind-set of an individual influences their interaction with the environment, to an extent which can leave a person “stunned” at the positive results.

What I have discovered over the past 4 years is that if I call up a dream program to “induce” synchronistic events in my waking life ….then instruct my mind to consciously recognize these events as a synchronistic train….I can usually recognize where they are leading to and be there at the right time and place to take advantage of them.

I have personally had at least a dozen of these recognizable synchronicity trains in the past 3 years and each one has bought me sometimes quite incredible luck. So much so that friends here in Vanuatu keep telling me how lucky I am!!

Build Unshakable Self-Confidence and Live a Better Life!

It is possible to build self confidence, and it's a skill that can be learned just like any other.  I have seen hundreds of people surprise themselves once they have learned how to build self confidence in a way that it stays built.  So start today to build your self confidence.

Most of us need to build our self confidence but the majority of us either ignore the issues or concentrate on the negatives of stress, worry, jobs, money problems and relationship issues.

Remember that putting yourself down will never help you build your self confidence levels and will make other people feel uncomfortable around you.  You need to hear positive messages as they will help you to build your self confidence and raise your self esteem.

Owning your skills and remembering what you enjoy helps to rebuild self confidence and find your passion.

I believe that being in control of yourself and your life is the most important thing you can do to achieve self esteem.  Most of us have heard it said that "whatever the mind of man can conceive and believe, it can achieve."  When you repeat this as an affirmation, feel it, believe it, and know it.

Other people sense whether or not you believe in yourself, and by extension, whether or not you believe in what you're doing.  When you believe in yourself, others will too.

Unfortunately, virtually everyone has been programmed from childhood with negatives that make them believe they can't do things that they are innately capable of doing.

A lot of the times, at the root of insecurity and lack of confidence are feelings of not having enough of something, whether it's emotional validation, good luck, money, etc.

Self confidence is the central issue of personal development.  This is just a start but an important one; taking deliberate control of your thoughts and emotions will have a huge impact on your self confidence and other areas of your life.  Many people have found confidence though the use of hypnosis, and have changed their lives for the better through this simple yet effective method.

Self confidence is not theory; it's a feeling and state of mind and an attribute that is alluring, attractive, valuable, desirable and contagious.

Many people spend their whole lives feeling that their opinions and feelings are worth nothing, and that they are better off keeping quiet and staying in the background.  If you think about yourself as no one special, that you have many flaws, and are not really a worthy person, then these feelings and beliefs influence self confidence too. It's time for you to move ahead in your life through higher self confidence and inner strength.  Whatever you accomplish let yourself acknowledge and experience success and good feelings about it.  Allow yourself to experience feelings of joy, satisfaction, power, and self-confidence.

If you're finding it hard to build self confidence, one thing you can do is step back and think about all the things you do well.  Feel better about yourself and be able to say no when you want to as you build self confidence "Nobody can make you feel inferior without your consent. You must learn to make a promise with yourself and commit to it; it is one of the surest ways to build self confidence.

What Is Brainwave Entrainment And How Does It Work?

Brainwave Entrainment is to your brain what exercise is to your body. Similar to physical exercise the influence of brainwave entrainment is not limited to the time spent listening to a given session. The process of brainwave entrainment is listening to binaural beat recordings which cause your brainwaves to move towards a specific frequency. After about 6 minutes of listening to a binaural beat recording, brainwave entrainment is established, and the brain of the listener is synchronized to the frequencies embedded in the noise.

Brainwave entrainment is very safe and effective but does not offer immediate results because the brain first needs to get better at giving a frequency-following response (FFR) and master phase-locking to external stimuli, so you need some patience, as with any kind of training. During brainwave entrainment you are taken through the naturally occurring brain wave patterns that you enter every day during each 24 hour period. You will experience from brainwave synchronization many of the same benefits as you receive from meditation without taking years to become proficient at it.

Increased awareness is an added benefit of Brainwave Entrainment. In the theta brainwave range it is helpful primarily to enhance creativity; for the acceptance of positive affirmations; and subliminal suggestions; and as an aid to visualization. Using sound in these ways, it is possible to make profound changes in brainwave patterns and states of consciousness. One is able to go to a place of pure peace and relaxation, and feel amazing when coming back. You can have improved sleep, relaxation and other health benefits.

Binaural beats have become very popular over the years, so much so that for many people the idea of "brainwave entrainment" is inseparable from them. Binaural beats occur with (small) frequency differences for left and right ear. They can easily be heard at frequencies below 30 Hz and can be relaxing or stimulating depending on the frequency. Binaural beats in the delta (1 to 4 Hz) and theta (4 to 8 Hz) ranges have been associated with reports of relaxed, meditative, and creative states and used as an aid to subconscious reprogramming as well as falling asleep. Binaural beats in the alpha frequencies (8 to 12 Hz) and beta frequencies (typically 16 to 24 Hz) have been associated with reports of increased concentration or alertness and improved memory. Brainwave synchronization (entrainment) may be achieved when audio signals of offset frequencies are introduced to the brain through headphones causing a response directly related to the frequency differences of the signals introduced, called binaural beats.

Successful mental reprogramming requires more than positive affirmations at the conscious level to change the reality that we have spent years creating for ourselves. To achieve quick and successful mental reprogramming, you must bypass your conscious mind's filter, and get the new programming info directly to your subconscious mind, which will accept the information in literal terms and act to manifest it into reality. A receptive mental state can be achieved with traditional meditation; however, this approach usually takes years of training and practice to become proficient enough for successful mental reprogramming. By targeting brainwave frequencies in the deep Theta range, a receptive mental state can be quickly and easily achieved, and successful mental reprogramming can occur.

Brainwave entrainment is a respected scientific principle with ample evidence to its effectiveness widely reported in well-regarded scientific papers. It is able to enhance our mental state because it actually makes the whole brain resonate at the same frequency. The relaxing effect of many forms of brainwave entrainment is widely known. Nobody is saying that you can beam thoughts into people's heads, or force them to feel something, but brainwave entrainment is a real phenomenon. What you really need to know is that brainwave entrainment is highly effective and easily fits it into your daily routine.
