Practice Self Affirmations Effectively

There's a lot of talk by people claiming that practicing self affirmations is really effective. That it can really bring positive changes to many different areas of their lives. However, many others do not experience this. They claim that despite practicing self affirmations, they don't see any results from it.

So why are there 2 opposing opinions? What creates the difference between the 2 groups?

Before we get into that, let us know what self affirmation is first. Doing self affirmations means to repetitively affirm to yourself the thing that you desire to have or achieve. It is done by just saying out the affirmation repeatedly. Somewhat similar to reciting or chanting. Self affirmations can be done for anything you desire.

Have a look at this example of a positive self affirmation;

- "Everyday in every way I am getting stronger and stronger"

A direct statement is OK too. You don't need to use the "everyday in every way". Just a simple "I am becoming...." will do.

Affirmations are made with statements 'I am', 'I can' and 'I will'. Like "I am confident" or "I can be confident" etc.

The Workings Behind Affirmations

Affirmations works because of the power of intention. When you practice affirmations, you are declaring your intention to the universe and everything in it. It is not just a mere verbal practice. The universe helps you in the background to achieve your goals when you do affirmations.

When we imagine something vividly and intensely, our brains cannot differentiate between the visualization and reality. It will accept it as the real thing. The more intense it is, the more likely it will be accepted as reality. It is the same with affirmations. Practice your affirmations with emotion and intensity and the more likely it will be accepted by the brain. This is how affirmations work.

And when you repeat the affirmation many times, it will be more and more 'real' to the brain.

So how comes affirmations doesn't work for some people?

Now if that's the case, why do many people claim that self affirmations don't work? Does the power of intention really work? Will your brain feel that what you are affirming is not actually the truth?

Well there are mainly 2 reasons why it does not work for some people.

First of all it is because they are doing the affirmations the wrong way, without any power, passion, intensity or emotion. If you chant affirmations in a weak and non-enthusiastic manner, it will never work. That statement will not be accepted by your brain or the universe. There is no power of intention in it. Don't practice affirmations just for the sake of it, don't just go through the motions with it. Do it correctly, which is with belief and power.

The second reason is due to lack of congruency after practicing the affirmation. After the doing the affirmation, you must also put in your effort to make it work. You must try your best to be congruent with it.

That is the mind-set to have when it comes to practicing affirmations. Affirmations should not be considered as the end all solution. We must work with it. Be determined to help the affirmation take effect by putting in the effort to change our lives to reflect the affirmation. - 14682

Bringing Family Closer With the Law of Attraction

With the law of attraction, you will discover that you can do anything. You can focus on the family aspect, you can focus on yourself, you can focus on your career, but you can also work on anything else that you desire to. With the law of attraction, you can accomplish anything that you must do. Initially, you will want to focus on yourself and focus on ways that you can bring yourself closer to feeling whole and happy.

The first step of the law of attraction is to identify what it is that you want. You might want to bring your family closer, but be more detailed in what you want. You will find that there is a lot of things that can be focused on when it comes to the family, but you have to get specific. You must think about what part of the family relationship that you need to focus on and what it will take for you to bring the family closer to your own ideal image.

The second portion of the law of attraction is to learn how to release the negative energy and substitute it with positive energy. It is so much harder to do this when you are thinking about the family. You must get everyone onboard with the idea and you are going to have to get onboard with the notion as well. You will discover that this will only function properly if you learn how to get everyone in on the idea too. You will need to sit down and have a few family talks so that you can bring the family closer.

If you would like to honestly give the law of attraction a chance to work in your family, then you must consider the reality that you will have to get everyone to give the theory an opportunity to work. Have every member of your family utilize the law of attraction in a manner that will accompany the family's foremost goal. You will want to make sure that no one's objective conflicts with another since it will end up tearing the family apart. You will want to make sure that you stop and think about the way the family reacts to the law of attraction theory and you may want to get family counseling involved.

Moving on to the third step of the law of attraction, you all need to act like a family. This means that you must put your family nights together and learn how to share time with each other. You will need to be comfortable with the fact that the family needs to start behaving like a family. You must all sit down and have your evening meal together. Talk at breakfast, work together, spend time as a family, and have some fun together. This is the step where you must act like you are family.

You will want to consider that there is a lot to do when it comes to working as a family and it is a long way down the road before you have the perfect family image. You might even want to think about how you can find success in the family, instead of working towards the ideal family image. The perfect family image is always blemished anyway, but working towards family unity and happiness.

There is much to gain from the personal strength that you will get from the law of attraction, but you will also come to see that this is something that the whole family can gain from. Ideas For Remembering Your Past Lives

Do you know there are many more individuals who do believe in reincarnation than there are that do not? For some it is a way of life as in the instance of Buddhists and Hindus, as part of their religious beliefs. While many may be merely curious or looking to explore answers to some of the mysteries of life, many others may consider that it just makes the most sense when considering past lives. There are an assortment of ways to find out more about your past lives.

Journaling

One of the best ways to learn about your past lives is to begin a journal. You should write down the things you experience, even those experiences that may seem insignificant. While including the way you feel about any event, since our emotions are the strongest clues we have, that may relate to a past life. Journaling your experiences creates a written record that can aid you in piecing your clues together when using it later as a reference.

Try looking at your present life for clues. Make a list of things that you like and dislike for everything from fashion, childhood and food to architecture, cultures, climates and historical time periods. Include everything you can think of like talents, occupations, times you felt dj vu, animals, personality traits, phobias, scars and birth marks.

Write about your dreams. Sometimes past lives come through very clearly when we dream. At other times we get little hints. Past and present and combine in a dream and give us symbols that may have meaning for you in both the past and the present. Before you fall asleep, give yourself the suggestion that you want to learn about your past lives. Write down anything and everything you can remember.

Past Life Regression Therapy

Professional past life regression therapists can be most helpful, since they are able to guide you through a regression and then aid you with the interpretation of the information you receive. You will find there are a few places for training and certifying these types of therapist, for instance the International Association of Past Life Therapists and the International Association for Regression and Research and Therapies both train and certify professional therapists. You may be able to find such a therapist in your area.

Meditation

You can explore your past lives while using the various methods of meditation. Meditation is a very private means of finding out more about your past lives. Although, many individuals may have a hard time trusting any incoming information, you should do your best to trust your instincts and feelings.

At times meditation may seem like daydreaming, when the images are coming to you and then leaving again, however, you may come across some very important information. Some interesting benefits have recently been found in audio technology using a process called binaural beats. This uses slightly different frequencies of sound waves, playing in each ear and has results of instance relaxation, similar to that of experienced Zen monks during their meditations.

Whichever method appeals most to you make sure you can meditate in an area that is peaceful and that you won't be disturbed.

Lie down or sit in a comfortable position, while being in a receptive and positive frame of mind. You will focus on relaxing your muscles while quieting your mind. When undesirable concerns enter your mind, simply acknowledge them and then let then pass, however it may take some practice to do so. You should focus on your heart, while not expecting anything but relaxing. When questions arise, ask them and then let them go. The answers will come to you, when you least expect them.

The images you receive will help you resolve something in your life, and that is what is important whatever your belief in reincarnation. It may not always be possible to prove that these images really are from a previous life, although many people do get enough information to actually research and verify names, places and events.

Some individuals find that the people they love in this life were there with them in a previous life, although their relationship may vary. For instance a mother may have been a sister or even a wife in a previous lifetime.

Common Methods of Cleansing Our Chakras

Since our chakras are directly influenced by everything around us such as the technique to regular cleansing of our chakras logically follows that we should take our environment into consideration as well. To achieve balance and harmony, the physical, intellectual, emotional and spiritual aspects of our being also needs cleansing in order to heal our energy systems. This is necessary since all aspects of our existence are interconnected and are necessary to function harmoniously for healthy and vibrant living.

Following are some of the common chakra cleansing methods that have been in use for thousands of years.

1. Smudging with certain herbs and plants like white sage can clear certain types of negative energy obstacles in your energy points. Simply go inside a room with the door and windows closed and burn some white sage and let the smoke fill the room; remain in the room for a few minutes.

2. Auric brushing with the hands or the aid of gemstones and crystals is one of the highly effective chakra cleansing technique. Caution must be taken however that the practice should only be performed by a well-practiced individual since there is the possibility of serious damage rather than successful healing due to the inherent powers of the gemstones and crystals employed in the process.

3. Live healthy by eating the proper diet, drinking plenty of water and fruit juices coupled with regular sleep and rest should be an individuals norm instead of maintaining a hectic daily schedule. A healthy lifestyle is highly recommended in order to preserve our energy systems.

4. Performing regular physical and breathing exercises are also necessary to achieve and maintain the health and stability of our chakras. The obvious benefits of exercise to our body are also an important consideration in doing physical activities and appropriate breathing techniques.

5. Connect with the wonders and magic of nature. Learning to appreciate the nature has a wonderful influence in the function of our energy systems.

6. Since each individual colors have different vibrations that affect different elements of a person, you can effectively perform chakra cleansing by looking at real color or simply by visualizing them.

7. Music has long been known as a way by which we achieve relaxation. Listening to music is a very helpful chakra cleansing strategy because a relaxed chakra is one that functions at optimum level and equally benefits the corresponding endocrine system connected to it.

8. Stimulating our mental power and engaging in worthwhile intellectual pursuits are critical factors to maintain a healthy chakra. The mind rests in the mental aura and this level of the aura needs to be stimulated or it will slow down, accelerating the aging process. We need to be learning, interested, and passionate about something at all times in our lives.

13. Coming to terms with our past and having an appreciation of its meaning can provide us a deep understanding of our objective as a human being.

14. Honesty and truthfulness in all areas of our lives keeps us healthy and gives us vibrant energy. Values anchored on respect, trust, decency, honesty and truthfulness help make us a productive and responsible member of the society.

15. Prayer is also a central element of our health and energy systems. Prayer allows us to communicate with a Higher Being who can help us achieve emotional balance and stability. Prayer helps quiet down our minds to make us receptive to everything around us.

All the above methods of chakra cleansing are very important. However, it takes practice and a realization of your love for yourself and others before you can truly understand and use them for chakra cleansing. It is not necessary to use them all at the same time but it is recommended to start off with one or two or three and continue to add methodologies over time. After Enlightenment Then What?

Every swept floor invites another sweep. Each child bathed invites another washing. Every lawn mowed demands another mowing. Each breath taken requires another breath.

The sun rises each morning and sets every evening. The moon glows each night. Tides ebb and flow each day. Birds sing perfect songs today and sing them again tomorrow.

Oysters open their shells when the moon is high in the heavens. The chambered nautilus forms a new chamber in its spiraled shell every lunar month.

When we breathe, we do not stop inhaling because we have breathed in all of the oxygen we will ever need. We stop because we have gotten all the oxygen we need for that particular inhalation.

When we exhale we stop breathing out so we can prepare for the next inhalation. We will need to breathe again, however, no matter how perfectly we have inhaled and exhaled.

What these scenarios are telling us is what is completed means completing again.

So what do we do after we become enlightened? We become more enlightened. Once we are consciously one with the Infinite Isness there is a tendency to think we are finished, that we are finished, that we have reached the pinnacle of our perfection.

But nothing can be further from the truth. There is a Zen saying which goes like this: Before enlightenment, mountains are mountains and rivers are rivers. At the moment one is enlightened, mountains cease to be mountains and rivers are no longer rivers. After enlightenment, mountains are once more mountains and rivers are again rivers.

A current version of this Zen koan comes from Unity minister, Jim Rosemergy who reminds us: "Mystics do not turn from the world because they turn to God. They remain in the world but not of the world. Even mystics have bills to pay.".

Once we are enlightened, that is, once we positively, absolutely, without a doubt realize we are God expressing as us, we stay in the world, but not of the world to demonstrate to others the path of enlightenment.

That is our Great Commission: to fully demonstrate our divinity and help others to do the same. It is the same commission expressed in Matthew 28:19-20.

We will share the New Revised Standard Version and then offer a metaphysical interpretation from the New Metaphysical Version of Matthew to add spiritual depth.

After His resurrection Jesus announced to His disciples in verse 19:

"Go, therefore, and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit."

ontologically Jesus was referring to three specific nations: our body, mind, and soul. Baptizing the nations means purifying our body, mind, and soul from unhealthy worldly attachments.

We are to do this 'in the 'name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.' Name signifies 'in the nature of.' And, ontologically speaking Father, Son, and Holy Spirit represent the three aspects of Divine Order (Mind, Idea, Expression).

So, we are to cleanse our body, mind, and soul by becoming one with the nature of the Christ Presence within us so we can divinely orchestrate our experience.

Matt. 20 says in the New Revised Standard Version: "Teach them to obey everything I have commanded you, remembering that I am with you always, even to the end of the world.""

Metaphysically 'teach them' means to exemplify our talk with integrity. 'I am with you always' means we have an indivisible, unshakable, universal oneness with Spirit. To the 'end of the world' means going from one level of spiritual awareness to another.

Matthew 20 means we are to walk our talk by letting our Christ Light shine as we achieve one level of enlightenment, one level of refinishing, to another.

So, what can we do after we are enlightened?

We remain in the world but not of the world. We live as enlightened beings in cities, towns, and communities. We light up the world with our example. Like the enlightened ones who became enlightened before us we will teach others how to teach others.
We will appear as typical men and women, but our values and the manner in which we live, move, and have our being will show our acceptance of our higher calling.

We might have human challenges, but we will not be bound by them. We may wear glasses or contact lenses, hearing aids or pace makers, but we will not be limited by them.

We may take medicine or require hospital stays, but we will not be imprisoned by them. We may find ourselves in a world that is not perfect, but we will not be bound by that imperfection.

We will be in the finishing and refinishing business. We will pot and repot ourselves every day. We will renew and continue to renew ourselves. We will tool and re-tool ourselves constantly.

We will continue to work toward our enlightenment because enlightenment is a verb, not a noun. It is a process, an unfolding, a movement from one exhilarating level of consciousness to another. - 14682

Regain Your Life and Health With Chakra Meditation

Meditation has been around for around two thousand years, it's been a way of life for mankind. In fact every religion that is practiced by men uses some sort of meditation as a way of achieving a higher form of spiritual consciousness.

From its initial use by religious priests, the practice of meditation has also been gradually employed by ordinary people as they too discovered its various benefits.

For those who are new to meditation, it is simply the practice of concentrated and intense focus on sounds, objects, ideas, breathing rhythm, action or movement to be able to intensify perception, cut down stress, enhance relaxation, personal and spiritual growth.

Although meditation techniques have originally been practiced along religious traditions and beliefs in order to build up spiritual knowledge and awareness of ultimate reality, it can also be employed by anyone in order to relieve stress and pain.

In fact with more understanding of what meditation can do, Western medical practitioners have started to use this more because it's a better way for one to cope with health issues, it's also been believed to help alleviate some physical ailments. They have made it part of the regular practice of traditional medical treatment.

It is rather interesting when you see that medical clinics and hospitals across the nation have been offering meditation as a method for patients to improve their health. In fact meditation is now being used as a method of treatment for some diseases, and also as an additional therapeutic process for comprehensive treatment programs, and a way of improving people who have chronic health problems and their way of living.

Current health care application of meditation focuses on three particular approaches: transcendental meditation, relaxation response meditation and mindfulness meditation (also referred to as mindfulness-based stress reduction).

Meditation centers on the seven major chakras, which correspond to the body's major endocrine glands, the power and of course the environment of the universe.

If you would practice meditation for at least 30 minutes a day it will contribute to your balanced and harmonious interdependent functions of the major chakras with one another.

You will notice the energy flowing from the root, sacral, solar plexus, heart, throat, third eye, and finally the crown chakras while meditating. Your whole body's biological, emotional, and spiritual aspects become more nourished and balance the body cleansing physical, emotional and spiritual toxins.

Since chakra meditation requires deep concentration the uninterrupted flow of energy into the body also gives a boost to the major chakras (and their corresponding endocrine counterparts).

For a clearer grasp of chakra meditation, think of it as a turbocharger for the body; a sort of catalytic converter that gathers outside energy and channels the same into useful fuel of the body's chakric system.

And since these energy centers (chakras) are part of our body's physical and metaphysical manifestations, their fine tuned performance affect our daily lives, directly or indirectly, emotionally, physically, intellectually and spiritually.

As previously mentioned, there are various ways to practice chakra meditation; regardless of the methods employed the initial and basic steps are almost all the same; to achieve concentration and allowing the state of focus to spread throughout the whole body.

Although results are not achievable in a short time, you will gradually realize that chakra meditation will eventually give you a different and more positive outlook in terms of your thought processes and in your perception and understanding of events and behaviors. Meditation; excellent benefits have been acknowledged as responsible for people having better lives, both physically and emotionally.

The most notable effect of chakra meditation is that a person's ability to concentrate and awareness are greatly enhanced even only after a week. Imagine if you are performing chakra meditation for years!

Other benefits of chakra meditation is a heightened creativity, and resourcefulness is more enhanced since the perception of people is higher, and they notice more events that are happening around them. Plus with chakra meditation it is noticed that ones sleep is better and deeper. With deep sleep a person's overall health will be improved.

Daily chakra meditation will also decrease stress in your life, from work, family, and inter-personal relationships. This is because you are more able to control your emotions because you have more patience. Also with less stress in your life, health problems will not be so prevalent in your life.

Generally, overall health and well-being is greatly improved when meditation becomes a part of your daily routine. It helps to lower blood pressure which in turn can help prevent strokes and heart disease. It can also help reduce the effect of stress on people who suffer from chronic illnesses.

Can Hypnosis Really Give You Better Health?

Hypnosis has been around for a very long time. A lot of people have seen hypnotists on TV or at the fair. Hypnosis used in these ways is generally fun and it is always enjoyable to watch your friend quack like a duck every time the hypnotist says, "Hello".

Only a small number of people recognise that hypnosis can be used for genuinely beneficial health reasons in addition to its role within the entertainment industry.

The success of hypnosis on a person depends on their desire. The differing levels of focus and openness to suggestion are typical of a hypnotised person. Hypnosis CAN be the answer for transforming your life.

A person can increase their health in a number of ways by using the power of hypnosis. For example, re-programming the mind to drink a fruit juice with your evening meal instead of a couple of beers will improve your waistline and the way you feel about yourself (not to mention the improvement in your finances!).

Difference Between Perception and Reality- Is There One?

You walk into the room at a party and see a handsome man. He has on black jeans and a sexy black shirt. You are attracted to his chic sensuality. You are about to walk over to him when he turns his head and glares at you with a look of disdain. The look is clear. It says, 'Stay away, I'm not interested.'

If you're like most people, you then made a beeline for the buffet and hung out there for the whole evening. You didn't mix, you didn't mingle. You just stood there feeling deflated, waiting for the evening to get done so you could go home and take off this dress- which was clearly a bad choice. Which was why he looked at you like that.

Now suppose you are on the other side and you are the male. Here's what may be happening for you. You have just taken a sip of your cocktail, and it is sour as a green lemon. You purse your lips to try to keep from spitting it out. You are noticing nothing but the bad taste in your mouth- and you are thinking of how to get rid of it without drawing attention.

His look of disdain was actually a reaction to his drink. He never even saw you until later, when he meandered over to the buffet and saw this vision in white. She was lovely, but she had an aloof look on her face. It was an above-it-all look. Still she was very appealing, in an odd sort of way. But he decided he was not up for the certain rejection, and walked away.

Now if we look, both of these people in this story are 100% sure that they know 'reality.' They are sure that they know the very thoughts in each others heads. And that is the difference between perception and reality. And because of their beliefs, which they take as real, these two potential soul mates never even meet.

This kind of thing happens all the time, there is no doubt. We are all thinking that we know how it is and what is happening in others, or in the world at large. But how often are we wrong? How often do we go along, doing or not doing based on what we think- not even realizing that our thoughts are simply our own personal judgments, assessments, past experiences, and a boatload of firmly held beliefs.

Can you imagine how many opportunities we miss that we don't even know about?

Chakras are the focal points of the body where life force energy is generated. Chakra means wheel; and it refers to the spinning sphere of life energy that term represents.

There are six Chakras which are located along the spine and a seventh one above these, removed from the physical element of your body.

We think of these Chakras as being composed of energy; but it is very important to realize that the Chakras are closely related to and have influence over your physical body.

Having your Chakras in the proper alignment will also keep your physical, mental and spiritual health in good condition.

Muladhara

The Muladhara is the Chakra of your lower body. This is also known as the root or base Chakra. This Chakra relates to your survival and other instincts. Muladhara has to do with the potentiality of human life. This Chakra is located in the perineal region, near the base of the spine.

This is the Chakra believed to be influential on the adrenal glands, producing the fight or flight response and other primal behaviors.

Swadhisthana

The Swadhisthana is the reproductive Chakra and corresponds to the genitals. Also known as the sacral Chakra, this is the Chakra which controls your sexuality and the creative impulse.

This Chakra also governs the production of sex hormones and plays a role in producing mood swings. This Chakra is symbolized by a six petal lotus.

Manipura

The Manipura is the navel. It is considered to be the solar plexus chakra. This chakra deals with the transitions that are found between base emotions and complex emotions. The chakra itself is in charge of base emotions and complex emotions, and dictates the way that they flow into each other. It deals with the flow of energy, the flow of digestion, and can be compared to the way that the pancreas functions in the body.

This Chakra is responsible for energy flow and digestion - it governs the conversion of food into energy.This Chakra is symbolized by a ten petal lotus.

Anahata

The Anahata is the heart. This Chakra is responsible for love and other complex emotions, as well as your sense of equilibrium and well being overall. This Chakra corresponds to the thymus gland (located in the chest) and the immune system in the physical body.

This chakra is symbolized by a twelve petal lotus. The love and the compassion are dictated by this chakra.

Vishuddha

The Vishudda is the throat. This Chakra is responsible for your faculties of communication. This Chakra corresponds to the thyroid gland in the physical body. This Chakra is symbolized by a sixteen petal lotus.

The Vishudda also governs the process of growth.

Ajna

The Anja is the eyebrow or the forehead. It is also considered to be the third eye. This chakra is in charge of being a model of its own envisioning. This is the chakra of time, light, and of awareness.

This Chakra is also in charge of the sleep cycle. The symbol of this Chakra is a two petal lotus.

Sahasrara

Symbolized by a one thousand petal lotus, the Sahasrara is the seventh and final chakra. It is the chakra of consciousness. It communicates with the rest of the body in the same manner that the pituitary gland does. The Sahsrara is connected to all of the body systems, and is the key player in consciousness. - 14682

How to Heal Your Past with Meditation

We all understand that rolling back time is not a possibility or undoing or correcting bad choices we made in the past, however utilizing meditation we can transform the way we feel about the bad decisions we previously made so that they might stop tormenting us now in the present. We all carry a lot of baggage from the past, those things may include a heart ache, hurt feelings, or bad memories of friends or loved ones that have been untruthful, cheated, or betrayed us, happenings that might have brought us pain, or we might torture ourselves over opportunities we may have missed out on or even wrong choices we made in our lives.

You know how horribly you felt when something or somebody said or did something to you that made you feel that you had no function in life or you were not up to the standards of others. Meditating about how those things affected you helps you to understand how others who are now in the same situation you were in then feel about themselves.

You know how they feel so you maybe can tell them about your past experiences and how you got over it and made a life for yourself. So many of us just need for someone to make time to say Hi or nice day isn't it? Just a kind word to someone who has had a bad day can make a world of difference. My dear sweet mother use to tell me that you can catch more flies with honey. Meditation can make you feel so much more optimistic and give you a different outlook on life in general, it is something very optimistic you can do to help yourself.

What she meant was if you have been around someone that wasn't pleasant or had a bad attitude don't act like that person does, instead just turn the other cheek and it may rub off on the person who has a bad attitude. Meditation could be what causes this happening. So you see meditation can be utilized to turn bad situations into something good or even good situations into something great. Shining the light of the new understanding on those events that happened in the past might help you to have a feeling of acceptance, peace, and happiness. - 14682

Did you know that our bodies have tremendous amounts of energies, which are sufficient to ensure our physical and mental health? This may come as news to many Westerners, but its a fact of life proved and followed by many ancient saints and scholars in countries, like India.

They call the phenomenon as the Chakra Energy. To a layman, it is the energy generated by the seven primary energy centers in the body. Interestingly, all these seven energy centers are situated in the upper half of the body, i.e., from head to the base of spine. These primary energy centers are:

* Root or the Base Chakra (RED) located at the base of the spine, known as the coccyx.

* Spleen Chakra (ORANGE) situated just below the navel.

* Solar Plexus (YELLOW) Chakra situated just above the navel.

* Heart Chakra (GREEN) located in the center of the chest.

* Throat Chakra (BLUE) located at the base of the throat.

* Brow Chakra (INDIGO) situated on the forehead.

* Crown Chakra (VIOLET) located on top of the head.

Though invisible, these Chakras constantly and continuously rotate in the bodies at their stated positions. This movement is responsible for the production of energy, called Chakra Energy.

If their movement is not in sync, the health " physical or mental " is bound to suffer.

So, whats exactly Chakra Energy and how it influences our physical and mental well being? The Chakra System in our body is primarily responsible for the smooth functioning of every organ. As every bodily organ is connected with the brain through a complex web of nerves, the Chakras rotate to provide the necessary energy for all the nerves and organs so that they perform their natural functions in an unhindered manner. They not only rotate, but also the movement of their rotation is so synchronized that they complement each other in a unique way.

If the movement is in sync, the Chakras will produce sufficient energy to ensure physical and mental well being. However, if the movement is not in sync, the energy so produced will not be sufficient and itll invariably result in some body ailment.

Undoubtedly, Chakra Energy plays a decisive role in human lives, but is it possible to work around the Chakras and bring about a balance in their movements? Though Chakra movement is a natural phenomenon, yet you can direct your physical and spiritual energies towards attainment of Chakra balancing. Learning is an art and invariably, a slow process. But if your have determination and perseverance, its an achievable goal. The exercise is pretty simple. Firstly, just sit or lie down in the most comfortable posture with eyes closed. The next part is to relax and feel all the body parts from visible organs to the minutest cell within the body. Don't avoid the distractions, like myriad thoughts. With time, they'll disappear. Keep it going for about half-an-hour to any length of time for as many days as you can. You'll surely feel the difference.
