Receiving takes time.
Sadly, many people give up just a couple of steps before the finish line because they’ve decided that if it’s not working by now, it’s never going to work at all. Worse still are those who throw in more and more energy because they think that with more resources, the results will come faster.
This is like expecting 9 mothers to conceive and deliver a baby in 1 month. You also can’t bake cookies in half the time by doubling the temperature. You’ll incinerate those cookies to ashes!
In simple terms: Everything in this world has a natural development time, and this fact will not change no matter what resources you throw at it.
So relax and be patient. Remember that you too, as part of the universe, are also governed by the laws of the universe, and you cannot change the natural development time.
If you remember this, you will less likely work yourself up into frustration, or worse, push yourself into a downward spiral of negativity.
3. Support and Educate Yourself
Like the child who is learning how to walk, you need support. You also need to guidance on how to do it, and also the role models to look up to.
Many people give up because they think that “The Secret” is the “be all and end all” solution. Well, it’s NOT. “The Secret” is just a small portion. It was never intended, and has never been, the whole answer.
Coming to the conclusion that the Law of Attraction doesn’t work when all you ever did to educate yourself was watch “The Secret” 19 times (without looking at changing the habits of other areas of your life) is like coming to the conclusion that exercising is not an effective way to lose weight because all you did is run on the treadmill for 2 hours a day (but you’re still stuffing yourself with fried foods and cheesecakes).
So seek and be hungry for new knowledge. Also, make an effort to be amongst people or communities where you can support each other, learn from each other and also share new knowledge that you have found.
While the Law of Attraction is not an overnight delivery service, it will indeed deliver, if you do your part too!

Meditation: Easier Than It Might Appear

Some people wonder just how hard it is to meditate properly. The good news is that it's really not that difficult, and the benefits can be well worth the learning curve.
During meditation, your mind and body are in a state of conscious relaxation and focus. You will experience sharpened awareness of both your outer surroundings and your inner being.
There are numerous schools of thought regarding meditation. At their core, however, the principles are the same. The key to the practice of meditation is to calm your mind by eliminating negative thoughts through intense focus. Afterwards, your thoughts will be less scattered and your actions more purposeful.
Think of it as housekeeping of the mind. Your negative thoughts and emotions (picture your reaction when faced with construction delays, being put on hold endlessly, and your brother's upcoming trip to Europe) are what "pollute" your mind. Meditation "cleanses" the mind, allowing you to focus on the things that really matter.
Your meditation session will be most effective in a calm environment. Find a room in the house where you feel comfortable. If there are other people at home, choose a location where you can close the door and muffle the noise. Turn off the phone, the dishwasher, the washing machine, and don't let anyone vacuum.
When you become more comfortable with meditating, you'll probably want a few accessories to help you achieve your Zen state. Scented candles, a meditation pillow or chair, a few scented candles and a meditation tape will all enhance your experience.
You've almost certainly seen the characteristic images of meditation; people twisted up like a pretzel with flawless stance. You'll be reassured to know that this isn't at all compulsory. The plan is to be comfortably positioned so you can concentrate on your meditation, not your painful muscles. You can sit with your legs crossed or extended and with your back against the wall, you can stand up, lie down, and even walk around.
However, you need to keep your back straight if you're sitting or standing. No slouching allowed, or you might just fall asleep. To help you be more comfortable in your preferred pose, you should wear loose-fitting, comfortable clothing so that you're not focusing on your circulation being cut off. You have more essential things to focus on.
Many people who meditate include a mantra as part of their practice. A mantra is a word or sound that is repeated over and over, and your focus should be on nothing but that sound. Choose a word or phrase that has significance to you, or just a sound that feels good. Although not a essential part of meditation, it does help you to concentrate on your breathing and can lead you to a higher state of awareness.
Focus is the most important aspect of meditation. Envision an object in your mind or look at an object in your vicinity, and contemplate it to the exclusion of anything else. The same applies to a particular thought as well as to your mantra.
Try this easy meditation exercise to get you started. Settle yourself in your quite location. Close your eyes, and imagine each part of your body in order, either from the bottom up or top down. Wordlessly name each part as you concentrate on it and give it your complete attention. You'll notice right away if a particular location is tense or painful. 15 Tricks To Become Attractive Instantly

When it comes to dating, it can be easy to give into bad emotions when faced with so much rejection and insecurity.

8. I am fun and exciting to be with because I always have a good time.
9. I am comfortable talking to women.
10. I am comfortable interacting with women.
11. Women to whom I pay attention are extremely lucky - I am what women want.
12. I do not feel guilty about my desires.

A Formula For Success - Be-Do-Have

When thinking about the changes we'd like to make in our lives, we usually have a mental picture of what that change looks like. We imagine having a bigger house, a faster car, more holidays and perhaps a job with more status. We may even envision ourselves looking a bit different to how we look now - slimmer, more toned, better dressed.
These changes are all focusing on what we'd like to HAVE in our lives, and they're an excellent place to begin when working out the goals we want to achieve. If we don't have a vision of how things will be when we've reached the great heights of our personal success, we have very little chance of ever getting there.
But we have to be prepared to make some changes, before we can HAVE all these great things. "The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results" as Albert Einstein said. In other words we'll continue to have what we've always had if we keep doing what we've always done, and our life will just go round in circles getting no-where.
To take significant leaps forward in what we have, we need to make big changes not only to the way we do things, but more importantly to the way we think.
It's not rocket science to know that there's going to be a tad of work to DO to earn the things we want to HAVE. It's a basic law of life that we have to give in order to receive. But doing the work alone won't necessarily bring the goodies we want.
We become successful by thinking and behaving like a successful person - developing the identity, beliefs and values of an achiever before we've actually got there. So the student who's goal is to change career and double their income in the next three years has to become a conscientious learner who prioritises a certain amount of time to studying each week.
If the pub beckons, but the work hasn't been done, the pub must wait. The achiever is happy there'll be plenty more pub time down the road (and more money to spend at the pub!) if they put the effort in first. A healthy attitude to studying makes the learning process easier, and brings results much faster.
Success doesn't happen on its own. Developing the mindset of an achiever is a powerful weapon against the knocks, criticisms and doubts that will inevitably come our way. We can associate with winning attitudes by reading biographies, watching films and interviews of others who've overcome adversities on their road to victory. A familiar thread runs through each of their stories - that what they have now is largely the result of the work they did and who they became before the gravy train started to roll.

It's not rocket science to know that there's going to be a tad of work to DO to earn the things we want to HAVE. It's a basic law of life that we have to give in order to receive. But doing the work alone won't necessarily bring the goodies we want.
We become successful by thinking and behaving like a successful person - developing the identity, beliefs and values of an achiever before we've actually got there. So the student who's goal is to change career and double their income in the next three years has to become a conscientious learner who prioritises a certain amount of time to studying each week.
If the pub beckons, but the work hasn't been done, the pub must wait. The achiever is happy there'll be plenty more pub time down the road (and more money to spend at the pub!) if they put the effort in first. A healthy attitude to studying makes the learning process easier, and brings results much faster.
Success doesn't happen on its own. Developing the mindset of an achiever is a powerful weapon against the knocks, criticisms and doubts that will inevitably come our way. We can associate with winning attitudes by reading biographies, watching films and interviews of others who've overcome adversities on their road to victory. A familiar thread runs through each of their stories - that what they have now is largely the result of the work they did and who they became before the gravy train started to roll.
By focusing on becoming the person we need to BE, we will enjoy the work we have to DO more and receive the things we want to HAVE so much faster. - 14682

If you've done the work we've discussed in the first 4 installments of this series, you've got to be feeling pretty great about your life focus and your business right now. Through the first 4 weeks you've worked on knowing who you are, where you're starting from, where you want to go, how you're going to get there and how to ramp up your sales and marketing program using better communications skills to bring in more cash.
Now it's time for a mentoring blueprint.
In other blueprints I've mentioned that the top 3% of the people in the world have such a different life than the other 97% because they look at life differently and they make conscious choices. I told you that one of those conscious choices is to create a plan for building their business and it's day to day operations for growth and financial prosperity.
Another very crucial conscious choice the top 3% of people make is to invest in themselves.
Once again, first you have to know your starting point. The next step is to evaluate how you feel about where you are and then decide where you would like to take it next. You need to be laser focused and absolutely clear on what your next step is to get the best results from mentoring. If you're not you could pick the wrong thing to be mentored on or the wrong time to do it.
It is likely that as you progress on your path you will have more than one mentor for different parts of your life or business working with you at the same time.
I have said many times that you should be willing to invest at least 10% of your income in your own growth if you are really serious. Then find the mentors that understand where it is that you want to go and have the experience to take you there.
Here is where I differ with what many coaches and gurus will tell you. They will say that you should only work with someone who has done what you want to do and mentored others to do the same.
But that's not the whole story.
Where would Tiger Woods be today if he took that advice? His coaches have not been the best golfers in the world at any time in their careers; far from it.
Some people are gifted teachers and know the process of what needs to be done to get Tiger, or you, to the desired result without either the personal skill or perhaps the desire to reach that level themselves or possibly neither.
In my 25 year career as a salesperson, manager and trainer, I can tell you that the majority of the best salespeople couldn't train others to do what they do because they don't have the skill of a great teacher. That's not their gift. And yet someone who was an average salesperson can have an amazing understanding of the sales process and be an incredibly gifted mentor.
Some of the top gurus in your field may be the same way, the very best at what they do but not the best person to mentor someone to do the same.
If I were to share my personal preferences with you, I look for a mentor that understands what I want to accomplish. If I'm working with them one on one or in a small group, I want them to be excited about being involved in helping me reach that goal. I want them to have the skill level to be able to guide me through the process.
Are you getting the mentoring you need to grow your business and expand your level of personal growth?
Even more so than the other blueprints this is as extremely individualized so it's important that you make a decision based on your own gut feeling about your possible mentor. Don't just ask for a recommendation from a friend and assume that the relationship you will have with your mentor will be the same as theirs.
In this type of relationship, where you are getting personal mentoring, having a good fit of personalities is very important.
Remember that this is all about you. What you are passionate about, what you want your life to look like, the activities you choose to include in the way you create your business and the way you grow your business. Make those things clear to your prospective mentor and see if you are in alignment before proceeding.
It's your life. It's your business. It's your choice. Do what feels right to you.

There are many gains of meditation. These benefits can range to improving your relationships with your friends, family and spouse, to improving your performance at your career. There are many reasons why meditation assists in these categories. The primary reason is that through meditation, you are taking control of how you think and allowing your body and mind to focus and relax. The removal of stress often gives you the clarity of thought required to keep relationships stable, as well as keep your work from overwhelming you.
Many people get into meditation to reap the gains of meditation on stress levels. Stress is often the number one cause of problems at home or at work. By lowering the levels of stress you feel, you are more capable of handling the problems that do arise. Even thought meditation cannot ensure protection from problems, it can assist in preparing you to better deal with them. As those who meditate tend to be better balanced and well rested, small problems are a lot less likely to turn into large ones.
A few other gains of meditation involve the ability to better focus and think more intelligibly. The subject of meditation is studied fairly frequently, however the fact that meditating does so much to bolster the thought process is still a bit of mystery. There has been speculation that meditation allows you to exercise parts of the mind that are usually left lying in dormant. Utilizing the Best Goal Setting Tips for Your Personal Success

There are times in life when the end goal we have set for ourselves is larger than we want to see. These goals are best broken down into smaller steps along the way. Goal setting for success can help to break down the seemingly insurmountable walls surrounding these goals. At the heart of goal setting is the smaller bits and pieces of the whole and the celebrations we give ourselves along the way.
Personal goal setting can work to make goal achievement easy and rewarding. These tips can help guide your personal goal setting in the right direction.
Think path, not end. The goals setting goals we aim to achieve need to be ones we can accomplishment in a short period of time. If our goals are huge they will seem to out of reach and we will lose interest in our success in a small time period. If the goal setting goals are small, we are constantly making it one step closer to the end and we are moving slowly but surely toward our huge expectation. A weight loss of 100 pounds may seem overwhelming, but goal setting for 10 pound increments is an achievable success waiting to happen.
Reward yourself often. Along the same lines as setting small personal success goals is rewarding yourself for those goals. On the same topic of weight loss, every time you lose those ten pounds, give something back to you! This is the purpose of goal setting for success. Reaching the goals means patting yourself on the back and preparing for the next goal. Try rewarding yourself with something totally unrelated to the goal. Weight loss, for instance, should not be rewarded with beauty regimes. But something more tangible, like a stone in the garden or a new picture on the wall.
Take help when you need it. Pride can mean the difference in goal setting movement that works and one that does not. If you are aimed at making those success driven life changes, having help along the way does not make you a failure. It does, however, make you the person that is more apt to make the most of goal setting. Your goals, with help, are still your successes.
Be ready to revise. Life comes at you quick and with life comes the chance of a roller coaster ride. We need to revise our methods of goal setting at every turn in the road if that is what is needed to make the success real. Achievement and success is not measured by the goal, but by the ability to continue moving forward despite the troubles and hindrances to our goal setting life may create.
Don't fret the missed goals. Not every goal will be met and that is just the way it should be. If goal setting always ended in success, there would be no need to do anything else in life except set goals. There will be ups and down along the path and goal setting simply allows you to stay focused on the bigger picture of overall success, even if there are stumbles.
Taking your time and setting goals that are achievable will make the difference in goal setting for personal success. It is the goals we set in our lives that make us drive for more and strive for the best. Goal setting needs to be realistic and open to change. Four Tips to Fulfill Yourself

Reaching perfect male nirvana of inner confidence is actually quite simple. They roughly divide into four categories: intellectual, physical, monetary, and social. If, each day, you invest a portion of your time in all four of these areas you will feel like a complete man and you will find that your inner confidence improved.
INTELLECTUAL
Turning on your intellect is as simple as reading a periodical or the latest hard cover from the library. Even try exploring art such as sculpting or oil painting. Things like this keep your mind stimulated and gives you the ability for diverse conversation especially with women.
PHYSICAL
Participate in perspiring. Be active daily with going to the gym, hiking, playing flag football, or anything that allows you to sweat. Physically demanding activities keep you healthy and make you look great to the opposite sex. If it's a unique activity like karate, share it in an charismatic story to a woman and she'll see how much more amazing you are than every person she's ever met.
MONETARY
Satiating your monetary category can be as simple as prioritizing at work. You'll have less anxiety on your mind when you know all of your deadlines for the week have been met. With your mind clear of obligations, you can freely relax when you go out and have a laid back time.
SOCIAL
No one can go out every night, but every day, put aside time to maintain or grow your social circle. Ring a college room mate, have dinner with a coworker, or cook for close friends. More social events, invites more opportunities to meet your future girlfriend.
