Develop the habit of reviewing your list of desires everyday. Set aside just 10 minutes a day. That's all it takes. Take the time to review your list, visualize those things on your list, and feel the feelings of having those things right now. Within a few days, it will become a habit to review your list and visualize those things you want. The hardest part is taking that first step.
